Rutina Athletics Return & Exchange Policy

At Rutina Athletics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility Window

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • Time Limit: The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels still attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required to complete your return.
Note: Items that smell of perfume, deodorant, smoke, or have visible signs of wear, stains, or pet hair will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange (Using Our Returns Portal)

To start a return or exchange, all requests must be submitted through our online Returns Portal. This ensures the fastest and most accurate processing for your refund or exchange.
  1. Access the Portal: Navigate to the "Returns" section on our website (usually found in the footer or main menu) or go directly to this link. (Contact us if the link/portal has trouble loading.)
  2. Enter Information: You will be prompted to enter your Order Number and the Email Address used for the purchase.
  3. Select Items: Follow the on-screen instructions to select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and specify the reason.
  4. Receive Instructions: Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with detailed instructions, including a prepaid shipping label.
Do not send your purchase back without first generating a return label through the portal. Contact us if you have any questions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Undergarments, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Personalized or customized items.

5. Shipping Costs (Covered by Rutina Athletics)

Rutina Athletics is pleased to offer free returns and exchanges. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns and exchanges initiated through our Returns Portal.
  • Tracking: We recommend dropping off your package at the designated carrier location and retaining your drop-off receipt for tracking purposes.

6. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period, please contact your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@rutinaathletics.com.

7. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you require a different size.
  • Direct Exchange: If you prefer a direct exchange for a different size/color of the same item, please indicate this within the Returns Portal when submitting your request. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.
